For over 15 years we have advised on a multitude of prestigious developments in central London covering all the boroughs including the City of London, Westminster, Islington, Camden, Kensington & Chelsea, Newham, Tower Hamlets, working closely with the local authorities’ planning and environment teams. This involved the design, construction and operational phases of the developments and working closely with Tier 1 contractors to provide technical oversight and maintain a high level of quality control. We’ve recently advised on development projects located throughout the UK including Newcastle, Felixstowe, Walsall, Lostwithiel, Sudbury and Guildford.

Whether a development is noise-sensitive or a source of environmental noise emissions, planning applications will usually required to be supported by a ‘Noise Impact Assessment’ report.

Often residential consents will include planning conditions requiring the submission and approval of mitigation schemes to protect against ingress noise, taking account of glazing & ventilation.
